Dear Friends,
This is the Christmas issue.
Here are the cards that were received before the 20 Dec.
Some additional ones were received as computer generated cards, but could not attach.
Those that sent them, maybe you can resend them in text format for inclusion in the next Circular.

Season Greeting to all my Brothers.
May the Lord lift us up where we belong, where the Eagles cry on a mountain high.
Where the Knights of White Stones still fly. In our sacred, secret, private Club.
We celebrate the birth of our superstar, Jesus Christ.
May the Lord Bless and Protect all my Brothers and their families, in these challenging times we live.
Wishing all the best in the year to come, 2009.
This has been an inspirational year for me, and my gift to you, The Tales of White Stones.
Now the well is dry.
As promised, I have served and completed the year 2008, the realm and the Club.
Now I must step aside, so others may serve, in their way.
Of course I will always give my full support, in whatever way I can.
I must thank you all for your full support to me, in allowing me your time, and accepting the many emails that I would send, the good and bad ones.
Of the just under 200 old boys on my site, I think I have only lost about 5 or 6, which is amazing, for the amount of emails I sent.
I remain yours Faithfully, until the End, a Friend, forever in your service,
Glen McKoy.

Hello Nigel and best wishes during this pre-xmas season 2008 and to a happy & healthy 2009!
I have re-read for the 2nd time the attached Mount boys listing in which I went ahead and made a few complementary corrections!
How ever, again the mischievous Goddard boys were left out completely and I went ahead and left as is without adding our names but I´m sure that Donald and Christian as my self as well, are most grateful for the hard work that you and Ladislao put into the referred list and update messages that we rec´v & thank you for sharing!!
Well my dear friend, as I write from a very distressed country (Venezuela), where I still live, our prayers go out to all of those unfortunate people living under dictatorial regimes; plus our best Christmas wishes go out to all of the Mount boys and their families,
Merry Christmas,
Brian

Hi Nigel & Ladislao,
Many thanks for your kind words about growing old gracefully.!!!
I thought as you sent Ladislao the 3 photos of us from our trip, that a few more of both human and sear curiosity interest might also go down well in Ladislao 's circulars.
The people in all the three countries were just wonderful and we loved our three weeks there in each one.
One shot is from an orphanage we had asked to see.
The kids had never had chocolate before, did not know what a plane was to bring us there, or about Australia - a Kangaroo !! or a Koala !!! - or some had never seen a "white" person with such white hair before.!!
I hope they did not think of me as a ghost as most if not all the elders still seem to have black hair .... must find out that secret!!
We tried to take lots of toothbrushes - paste, books, pencils and crayons to colour, books of Australia with the animals, a huge 75 k. bag of rice, and some lollies / chocolates from Australia etc. etc., but at the end it all looked so small and pitiful for so many.
But we did our best.
The orphans come from parents who might have died in UXO 's or themselves were injured or just abandoned.
However they again were really happy and wonderful and gave us more pleasure than we probably gave them in our three hours there.
The man next to me is the chief and he runs the village orphanage.
A truly great experience for us.
One shot on a scooter is of a quite common means of transportation - check the number of people on it.
Two shots of bottles are supposed to be aphrodisiacs - needless to say I DID NOT try them in the rice whiskey bottles, all for sale of course.
But we did taste the rice whiskey on its own from the village still - potent to say the least without much of as flavour.
I took over 1 K in photos, so these are just a few.
Love and God Bless to all.
Tim & Gail
(The pictures that I have 025, 053, 378, 417, shall be included one at a time, the rest do not have the definition, please resend. Ed.)

Tim,
Thanks for the lovely pictures you sent us from Vietnam and Laos.
I'll add them to my collection, and it's nice to see how the years have treated you. . . growing old gracefully, I see.
Of course, not too many of us get to see that side of the world, but it sure looks green and beautiful.
I'm sure that the other OB's would like to see these as well, so I'm sending them to Ladislao for his eventual distribution.
Thanks too, for the brief summary of your life since 1958.
Keep well, and sincere regards to Gail and your kids.

Thank you for your continued work with MSB.
We wish you and your family a very Happy Christmas and New Year.
I will send you a copy of our Christmas Newsletter so you can see what's happening in our family.
Love,
Leary & Gillian
MERRY CHRISTMAS....
On the way home last night, we were listening to the radio when a newscaster called his little 91 year old granny to talk to her about the 'Holidays'.
He mentioned that he had noticed that Christmas has become so 'politically correct' that no mention of Christmas is made by most retailers, we now wish people 'Happy Holidays.'
His granny said she missed the Old Fashioned Christmas when everyone wished each other 'Merry Christmas'.
We thought about it and agree...so this year we will be making a conscious effort to wish everyone Merry Christmas...our way of saying that we are celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.
So we are asking our e-mail friends, if you agree with us, to please do the same.
And if you'll pass this on to your e-mail friends, and so on...maybe we can prevent one more treasured tradition from being lost in the sea of 'Political Correctness.
God Bless and MERRY CHRISTMAS

Ladislao,

I sent Bro Vincent an email and got no reply,
I was wondering if you can ask for any feedback on your newsletter about him.
Thanks. Happy Holidays...

Ladislao,
I think they recognise themselves.
They just do not have the courage to go to "comments" and to mention who they are.
Also, I suspect they do not want to trouble you by sending you their names.
Since Rinaldo is reading the Blog, and will be looking to see who responds to his comment, I shall place a "comment" asking him to send you a message so that he can be included in your Circular
You and yours have a happy Christmas too
Don

Don,
I have thought about this, and I believe that most people just forgot their general friends or better yet some do not even recognise themselves in the photos.
But at least we appear in the Internet and sometimes get inputs.
Unfortunately our friend did not left an email address or telephone number.
I shall send out the xmas issue next weekend.
Hope you have a nice holiday season.
Ladislao

Hello Ladislao,
The Blog of your Circulars does not get many comments, though we now average 12 visits per day.
Rinaldo Beretta-Piccoli is one of the first to leave a message.
It is below, in Spanish.
Perhaps, you may be able to post it in a Circular in due course.
It might encourage others to leave messages.
I encourage readers to use this mechanism to identify persons labelled "unknown" in the photographs.
All the best,
Don

Rinaldo Beretta-Piccoli has left a new comment on your post "Circular No 371":
